What do I need for the course?
To take the training you need a pc or mac, tablet or mobile phone with internet access. You will also need a few sheets of paper to write down notes.
Requirements to connect to Zoom:
For security reasons, each person will need to have their own zoom account.
What you need to download Zoom:
1. Open your browser of choice and log in to zoom.us.
– You can log in from your phone, tablet or desktop computer.
– Zoom is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. However, it is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
– For mobile devices, iOS Safari (11 or higher), Chrome and Samsung Internet will work.
2. Once you are on the Zoom homepage, you can click on ‘sign up, it’s free’.
3. You will be asked to enter your date of birth and your email address.
4. You will then need to confirm your email address and once it is complete, you will be able to log in with your details.

How many training hours in total does this program entail?
14 training hours plus the hours you devout to readingthe extra materials
What if I can't attend the live sessions?
If you are unable to attend any of the sessions, don’t worry because you will have access to the recordings of the live sessions, which will be available in your student account.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the training?
Yes, when you participate at least in 90% of the live online sessions and complete the prerecorded lessons you are awarded with a Certificate of Completion and CPDs.
How long will I have access to the material?
Access to our course and event material is for a limited time only:
- For on-demand online courses: the access time is 4 months from the date of registration.
- In the case of our online events and hybrid courses (i.e. courses that combine recorded and live sessions), access to the material is 4 months from the date of the last live session.
What are the payment methods, and how do I get the invoice?
You can pay by credit card or Paypal. An invoice is issued with the data you fill in during the payment process and sent by email to the address indicated in the registration.
