What do I need to do the course?
To participate in the training, you will need a PC or Mac, tablet, or mobile phone with internet access. You will also need some paper and a pen to take notes.
Requirements for connecting to Zoom:
For security reasons, each person will need to have their own Zoom account.
What you need to download Zoom:
1. Open your preferred browser and go to zoom.us.
– You can access it from your phone, tablet, or desktop computer.
– Zoom is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. However, it is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
– For mobile devices, iOS Safari (11 or higher), Chrome, and Samsung Internet will work.
2. Once you are on the Zoom homepage, you can click on “Sign up, it’s free.”
3. You will be asked to enter your date of birth and email address.
4. You will then need to confirm your email address, and once that is complete, you will be able to log in with your details.

What if I can't attend the live sessions?
If you are unable to attend some of the sessions, don’t worry, because you will have access to recordings of the live sessions, which will be available in your student account.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the training?
You will be able to download a certificate of attendance with the Training hours.
How long will I have access to the material?
Access to our course and event materials is limited:
- For on-demand online courses: access is available for 4 months from the date of registration.
What are the payment methods, and how do I get the invoice?
You can pay by credit card or PayPal. An invoice will be issued with the details you provide during the payment process and sent to you by email to the address provided during registration.
