What do I need to do the course?
To take the training you need a pc or mac, tablet or mobile phone with internet access. You will also need a few sheets of paper to write down notes.
Requirements to connect to Zoom:
For security reasons, each person will need to have their own zoom account.
What you need to download Zoom:
1. Open your browser of choice and log in to zoom.us.
– You can log in from your phone, tablet or desktop computer.
– Zoom is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. However, it is not compatible with Internet Explorer.
– For mobile devices, iOS Safari (11 or higher), Chrome and Samsung Internet will work.
2. Once you are on the Zoom homepage, you can click on ‘sign up, it’s free’.
3. You will be asked to enter your date of birth and your email address.
4. You will then need to confirm your email address and once it is complete, you will be able to log in with your details.

What if I can't attend the live sessions?
If you are unable to attend any of the sessions, don’t worry because you will have access to the recordings of the live sessions, which will be available in your student account.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the training?
Yes, upon completing the training you will receive a certificate issued by us
How long will I have access to the material?
Access to the material will be for 4 months, from the start date of the webinar
What are the payment methods, and how do I get the invoice?
You can pay by credit card or Paypal. An invoice is issued with the details you fill in during the payment process and is sent to you by email to the address indicated during registration.
